Follow Me on TwitterβBaber was *defenestrated* from the Progressive Conservative caucus Friday morning ...β The twitter msg threads in some of these columns about Roman Baber being booted from the Ontario PC caucus is half amusing/half concerning (amusing for the conservative split, concerning about how Trumpian they sound with wanting to disregard Covid public health regs. #onpoli If you want to know how serious the UK variant of #COVID19 is, my friend caught it because a kid was running around the hallways in her building and she returned him to his parents just 2 floors up. Max 12 minutes together indoors. The 'lockdown' is not what is causing hospitals to backlog surgeries and cancer treatments. The virus - and the refusal of the government to act quickly and decisively back in October - is what is causing that damage. Anyone saying otherwise is a fool or liar. @iancapstick when he starts giving names to the stones/rocks around your house.. that's when I'd start getting concerned... |
I would need to read what is involved before i make a decision on whetther this is bad or not. Althought from a surface view i totally dont like this.
On a very happy note the useless gun registry is gone. (happy dance)
Controlling the inter-net is just a scam, to stop information from reaching the public. The media is already controlled. The only place Canadian citizens can learn the truth, in on the net.
Harper hates the web, for just that reason. Even scientists are not permitted to publish their papers, they must go through Harper first. Harper wants no bad exposure, of the tar sands reaching the public, nor the world. Harper’s slashing Environment Canada’s budget to the bone, really gave him away, as a very spiteful little boy.
Harper didn’t like it one bit….When he sent his men over to Guelph University, to stop the students from voting. They even tried to steal the ballot boxes.
All of Harper’s dastardly deeds, are posted on the web. Even from other country’s objecting Harper’s bullying and hissy fits, when he doesn’t get his own way. Everything gets posted, and Harper hates that. He now does his dastardly deeds behind closed doors, such as giving the wealthiest corporations, billions of our tax dollars.
You’ve it the nail on the head.
With a warrant? Sure. Without a warrant? NO WAY !!
I agree. I phoned my MP. Who is a Conservative. I do not trust the power of government. The liberals were wrong with the gun registry, the conservatives are just as wrong here.
I dont agree with you on the gun registry obviously, but I at least respect the fact you’re being consistent in your beliefs with this internet snooping bill.
@ SM – I’ve heard two different dates, one being the 24th of March and the other being the 1st April?
It doesn’t matter to me which date it is but, there is something rather fitting about standing up to the current government on their day – April fools day. π
Time for some “lobbying” on behalf of the public. Lets start Canadian Spring on March 24. Pass it on.
